  After doing business with this location for over 10 years new management has forced me to find a different location. The new manager is rude and argumentative. I was having a communication issue with a new employee and she screamed at me from across the room that “ every time you come in, you are a problem“ . I sell on eBay and personally do a lot of shipping. The owners of this franchise need to know that this manager appears to have gotten rid of all of the regular employees with new employees. Also, she appears to be a very volatile person who should not be in a management position. When I called her out on her treatment of me at my previous visit, she ordered me out of the store and told me to never come back and refused to ship my retail shipment This seems like a great way to lose business. It appears that perhaps there is a new owner of this franchise because of the complete turnover of personnel

  I had been running around all over town trying to get things printed out having terrible experiences. Finally took it to the store and the young man was so incredibly helpful. Had it all straightened out within two minutes. Don't waste your time running around come straight here they are really fantastic thank you so much made my day.
