  Two young men were working today very young like right out of high school or real close to being out of high school Brandon and a Taller Blonde young gentleman both were personable able to communicate speedy and efficient I was pleased to experience this because I had lost hope for Customer Service these two guys were representing so be proud U.p.S.

  The hiring manager/owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves for hiring terrible people. Sure several workers are great but the one lady showed me an attitude for bringing in a bunch of packages. They weren't even busy. IDK why but I apologized and explained to her I paid UPS to pick them up 2 days prior but they never did. Then she rudely directed me to do her job by carrying the boxes around to the side which I kindly did. I don't mind helping even though she had nothing to do standing there. To make things worse, she instructed me to carry someone elses large box that was set on the counter. I said its not my box and it wasn't even scanned in but I did for her anyway. Like am I working for her? When do I get paid?

  Went in today and every single one of these employees was texting on their personal phones while a line was forming outside the door. Didn’t even acknowledge people were waiting.
