  I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS Store thanks to Noah. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He handled my important documents with great care and attention to detail, making sure everything was treated delicately and professionally. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service with a smile. Thank you, Noah, for your kindness, professionalism, and for taking such great care of my documents.   Usually this place is ok, but the big guy with dark hair seemed upset that they had a line of people needing help. I get it, things get busy at work sometimes, but don’t take it out on the customers. I gave him my package to scan and as soon as I turn to leave he throws my package on the ground 👍🏼 annoyed that I even came in with anything. Doesn’t matter if there was glass or plastic you don’t just throw packages on the ground like that. Cmon dude if you don’t like your job just quit, your coworkers and customers don’t like that kind of attitude anywhere. Goodluck with any other job you have in the future dude. Otherwise normally I don’t have this problem here.

  I use this UPS store often for my Amazon or SHEIN returns. They always make it easy. They’re always helpful on In-N-Out quickly.
