    I would leave zero stars. Supposed to close at 9pm at 8pm your closed. Won't be going there again if you're not going to be open especially when the app says a couple weeks ago you verified you were open until 9pm. Kemper Rd Ohio location

    Very disappointed in the service. It took 30 minutes to make 3 subs. The workers were slow. They had no ice in pop machine and didn't like that they had an exterminator there during open hours. Will never eat at this location again!!!😡

    Never ice but they sell you a drink! Bathrooms never open. Most run down worst subway I have ever been to!
