    Update your hours on Google or get your staff to open on time! My son got there at 8:30 to get a sandwich to eat for his lunch later today at work. The door was locked so he pointed at his watch to the person behind the counter but she just shook her head. What?! She was there and saw him and wouldn't open the door?! That is ridiculous. Now my son does not have lunch at work.

    Don’t order DoorDash from this SubWay. For some reason they don’t know how to read the full ticket of what the customer ordered. I didn’t get my drink. I ordered a sealed beverage…. This is the 3rd time this location has done this. It’s not the dashers fault. Considering they can’t even make sure you gave me everything as you close the huge bag w/ stickers. They rely on yall to get the orders right. Most people aren’t like me and will chew the dasher out when it’s you guys fault! Doesn’t happen if I make sure it comes from other locations. It’s been a minute and I forgot though. My mistake!

    This Subway has been consistently terrible, and I’m done giving them chances. Every time I come here, the staff acts like customers are an inconvenience. They rarely speak, never seem welcoming, and the whole interaction feels cold, rude, and miserable from the moment you walk in. There’s no smile, no basic courtesy, and no sense that they care whether people come back or not. I gave this location two chances thinking maybe the first visit was just a bad day, but it was the exact same experience again. That tells me this is not a one-time issue, it’s just how this place operates. Customer service matters, and this location seems to have none. When you go to a restaurant, you at least expect to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect. That should not be too much to ask. Instead, the staff comes across as irritated, unfriendly, and like they want you out of their face as fast as possible. It makes the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone expecting decent service.
