This Subway has been consistently terrible, and I’m done giving them chances. Every time I come here, the staff acts like customers are an inconvenience. They rarely speak, never seem welcoming, and the whole interaction feels cold, rude, and miserable from the moment you walk in. There’s no smile, no basic courtesy, and no sense that they care whether people come back or not.
I gave this location two chances thinking maybe the first visit was just a bad day, but it was the exact same experience again. That tells me this is not a one-time issue, it’s just how this place operates. Customer service matters, and this location seems to have none.
When you go to a restaurant, you at least expect to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect. That should not be too much to ask. Instead, the staff comes across as irritated, unfriendly, and like they want you out of their face as fast as possible. It makes the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I won’t be coming back, and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone expecting decent service.
