I always go to this subway and the people are always very friendly. Today was the first bad experience I’ve ever had but it was bad. Walk in and there’s 2 employees loudly yelling at eachother. Someone begins helping us but continues to talk so unprofessionally and loudly to coworker the entire time that they stopped making it just to prioritize the conversation. It’s one thing to have a rude but engaging conversation but the conversation was so unprofessional and loud that it made me feel seriously uncomfortable. Would it be too much to ask them to wait until the only customers in the store leaves to continue?

The employees were nice and kept us well entertained by their shenanigans together, the food was well made and quickly prepared and sold to us. I definitely will be a regular here.

Did the online order for a bogo sandwich it let me place my order online and pay for my meal when I got there to pick it up they said that they did not make it cause they are not participating it the sale. My card was charged and service was not provided. If they are not going to participate in a sale then needs to not be an option for ordering. They only have a printed out sign taped on the door.
