    Ordered online. Left a $3 tip and didn’t even get lettuce or mayo and only 2 strips of bacon on the entire sandwich ???. I didn’t know until I was already at work with my food. How can I get a refund for this ?? I never have an issue at this location but this is upsetting and makes no sense . I had some avocado I added to it because it’s so dry and lacking ingredients.

    This location is dirty, understocked on their chips, soda needs to be switched out and they gave me a 6 in sub when I ordered a foot long through the app.

    This place has solid staff and good food, but the hygiene is bad. A lot of surfaces are dirty, gloves aren’t changed between cleaning / making sandwiches, it’s just dirty. Please address the hygiene issues.

    Sandwiches are never correct. You put in the order a hour ahead and it’s not ready when you get there. The ladies are extremely slow maybe hire younger staff to keep up with customer demand. This is my second time late from lunch it’s ridiculous don’t go here while you are at work

    I was very disappointed with my experience. I specifically went to Subway because I had a valid coupon, and I was trying to save some money. I was then told it could not be honored due to there’s being no barcode to enter it into the system. The coupon clearly states that it is valid at all locations and does not expire until the end of the year, so this explanation was frustrating and felt dismissive. If there are limitations on what your system can process, that should not fall on the customer especially when the terms of the coupon are clearly stated. At the very least, I would have expected some effort to honor it or offer an alternative solution rather than simply turning it away. This experience was inconvenient and disappointing, and I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled moving forward.
