  Went in there looking for a purse smaller than the one I have now. As I was looking a worker came up asking a bunch of questions so I answered him honestly and told him I was just looking because I wanted an idea of how small I wanted to go and what color I would like the most. This man proceeded to look me up and down and proceeded to say, “looking is for online shopping” with attitude, then walks away. At first I laughed as I thought he was joking but the more I sat on it the more I realized it didn’t seem like he was joking. I turned to my partner to see if what I was thinking was crazy but he confirmed that it didn’t seem like a joke. After looking at a purse I realized after that interaction I didn’t want to shop around in there anymore. To me it felt like stereotyping. As I was not dressed nicely and was there with my partner who was just dressed in athletic clothing and with 2 young kids who were just in simple everyday clothes. Mind you I was wearing a crossbody Micheal kors bag acrossed my body. I thought it was common sense not to judge others for how they look. The employees really need to learn to not judge others on how they look or they’ll keep loosing customers.

  Corey and Katie are genuinely the sweetest sales employees I’ve ever met! Not only are they understanding and supportive of your choices, but they’re also so bubbly and helpful! Truly I walked out smiling ear to ear. First purse I’ve bought on my own! Thankyou so much, the both of you❤️

  Sales women were very sweet and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I ended up purchasing another handbag as well as a wallet while I was there. I really love the brand. The handbags and wallets were all from the current Spring '22 line. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

  Visit the site for return of merchandise. Customer service was good. Didn't agree with store, turn around time to credit back amount to my credit card.
