  The employees at this location seem to revel in making shipping anything incredibly difficult. The lady in front of me asked for help and the guy just gave her the customer service number. Do yourself a favor and try a different location.

  They will lie to you like it’s their job. They have wasted my day with back and forth nonsense. Was told I could pick my very important package up that should’ve already been delivered because it was express. When I got to the hub they said it just went out on the pm truck. Called customer service to confirm and they said it will not be delivered today that it is not on the pm truck. I took a full day off of work to wait for this package and they’ve screwed me. I have no other options to get this package and like I stated previously it is very important. DO NOT EVER USE FED EX THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. This is exactly why we chose to not use them at my job because they are a joke of a company.

  Muy mal servicio 5/01/26 lo van a entregar mi paquete pero ellos no legaron y el siguiente dia me fui a recogerlo y una señora me atendió y no me dieron mi paquete y hoy me fui a recogerlo otra vez y no me dieron también que mala persona y mi paquete ya tardó 15 días y ellos me dijeron que hasta mañana voy a recoger otra vez que horrible porque no dejarlo la paquete si la paquete tiene nombre de la persona y tiene dirección y número de la apartamento y ade más ya esta pagado y no hacen su trabajo bien piensan un poco que horrible y yo ocupó mi paquete de emergencia ay la gente no tiene sentido muy mala persona
