1 Star – Terrible Service FedEx failed to deliver my package for 3 days and kept providing inaccurate updates. Customer service was extremely frustrating. Every time I called, I had to repeat the same information again and again, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. After multiple calls and wasted time, they still did not deliver the package and simply left it at a shipment center for me to pick up myself. If I have to do the pickup, I don’t understand why I paid for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I've been 4 times now. Each time I've walked in, used their on demand, self-print service without issue, and left satisfied. It was easy, simple, and couldnt go any better.
