1 Star – Terrible Service
FedEx failed to deliver my package for 3 days and kept providing inaccurate updates. Customer service was extremely frustrating. Every time I called, I had to repeat the same information again and again, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. After multiple calls and wasted time, they still did not deliver the package and simply left it at a shipment center for me to pick up myself. If I have to do the pickup, I don’t understand why I paid for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I've been 4 times now. Each time I've walked in, used their on demand, self-print service without issue, and left satisfied. It was easy, simple, and couldnt go any better.

By far the worst package experience ever. Go ahead and try to actually speak to a person about a problem. It will never happen. They have their customers on automated ignore.

They wanted to sell me $5 worth of packing material to fill in a box that was pretty well packed.
Also- tried to convince me that the postal service would take 'twice as long'.
Fedex ground service was like 15$ (including their mandatory packing material) and would have arrived in 6 days.
USPS was $6 and arrived in 3 days.
Would not recommend this place or fedex in general.
