  Of all the options available, this was the store I had the greatest confidence in. I was boxing and shipping an oversized, irreplaceable family heirloom (with a glass frame) across the country, and I only had one opportunity to get it right. Thank you to Christina, Billy, and the FedEx team at Hyde Park for helping me get it right!

  Had several negative experiences in the past at this location - however today was a great experience. Kristina was extremely helpful.

  I got great Cust service here. Computer stations are well maintained. Self serve copier was easy to use. Restrooms were clean. Parking is ample. I like how they keep a small area with supplies for customer use (tape, scissors, paper clips, pens, etc).
