Being busy is not the problem, having two people working during lunch hour is. One guy was actually helping customers while the lady was doing…God knows what. After waiting 12 minutes, the man finally helped me and THEN the lady decided to help the other seven people in line. This is a good reminder of why I usually use UPS.

So impressed with the customer service I received from the store manager at this location. I was returning an AT&T modem, and there were some technical issues as she attempted to register the modem to send back. She took all of my information and told me that she would keep trying and let me know once she was able to register the device before sending back to AT&T. Less than two hours later, she called to let me know that she was able to register the device and wished me luck on my move. I was very impressed!

Easy shipping experience
If I could leave zero stars I would. FedEx is customer service is nonexistent. Their online virtual assistant is not intelligent. Their drivers will not leave packages where they’re told to leave them. They’re supervisors say that they are unable to set specific times to be delivered for packages that require signatures. FedEx supervisors demand that I’ll be there when their truck gets there and they cannot guarantee that their truck can be there at a good time for me the customer. If you want security in your packages and customer service, I suggest choosing another company.

I've used this Fedex location several times, and have always found them helpful, flexible, and professional. I use the online print service and almost always ask for a delivery time sooner than their standard time. They answer my emails promptly and have never declined a request for early delivery.
