  I experienced the worst customer service at the glencrossing way location. Viola was so mean and rude. Will never go back to this location. I know good help is hard to find but I’d rather have no help at all than what you’re getting from this lady. Just sad

  Update: Eventually it was not just their online system. I went back to the FedEx Location and insisted they check the drop off box to see if my package was actually sent out. They checked and nothing from yesterday went out. Then the very rude lady started arguing that they were busy yesterday and "their priority" is the customers who actually come to their store to purchase on the spot. They then sent out my package and now its stuck at a FedEx Independence, KY location for the last 4 days. Something that was supposed to be delivered yesterday is not even moving through their system. Very sad to See FedEx dropping so low. It used to be a reliable company. "Fedex online system is broken. I paid the extra bucks and went to this location to drop off my package around 3:30pm yesterday. It was scanned and I got the receipt but the package is not in the online system even after around 22 hours. The online customer services is even worst. They have no clue whats happening with packages. They would immedietly hang up on you and send you a link to file a claim."

  Stopped in to drop off a Amazon return the employee working was very helpful, and took time to explain what I needed to do for the drop off and once we had completed everything she printed out a return receipt for my records so I had verification of what was dropped off.

  Un asco de empresa he mandado una pequeña caja a españa me ha cobrado una gran cantidad de dinero asegurado que llegaba en una semana cuando no la han entregado aún sigo esperando la entrega de mi caja que tienen en sus almacenes empresa asquerosa e irresponsable. . .👎👎👎👎👎👎
