I went there to get a 2x12 cabinet done and packed so I could ship it. I had the best experience with both Abby and Amanda because not only did they hunt down the right-size box and get it ordered and have it there the following day, they also packed it exceptionally well. They communicated the whole way through and they also cut down the box to size. All in all, the best FedEx experience you could ever want if you ever need a box shipped through them, or anything shipped, or any service. You go to this place.

It was busy, requiring me to wait much longer than I'd like, but the two young ladies working there did a great job of making me feel valued and I appreciated that.

I asked for help. They told me just go over to the machine and do it myself. They were just standing there do nothing. With that kind of customer service, I'll be switching to u p s.

Abby was a great help! Gave me an update on the delivery of my package and apologize for the delay. Was very quick and attentive!
