  I would love to give a great review but I looked up the hours of operation on line. It said 11 to 5. No problem. I drove all the way over and got there at 1:15 to find the store locked and a sign saying they would be back at 2:00pm. Not the end of the world but very frustrating in this busy world.

  I had a something come up and urgently needed some coil printed presentations. Not only was Amanda prompt, but she made the process simple and as affordable as possible. I will definitely be back!

  I had a unique issue with some expensive company equipment that I needed RTS and when I didn't have any luck with customer service, I went to this FedEx location to figure out the issue. Amanda and the store manager were a big help in helping me resolve the issue.

  As a small business owner I do all of our professional printing at this FedEx location. I must have been in there more than 100 times. The people here are super nice and extremely helpful.

  Disorganized. Lazy. Lie about communication. They told me they HAVE my delivery instructions but do not provide them to the drivers. They told me they personally talked to the driver and my rug was on its way...I then recieved notice from the supplier that it was returned. FedEx claimed they couldn't find my house on a main street that USPS and UPS and Google maps seems to have zero problem with. I watched the driver slow-roll by and take off. Too lazy to get out. As a delivery company they do a terrible job even trying to do their very specific task of delivering. The manager actually told me to file a claim because they did such a terrible job.
