The black guy or the mix guy he has two tone beard is very unprofessional and very rude he told me to go to a different company all because I asked for help he was also in his phone talking to his friends and told me I had to pay to see when my bill is due. I will keep doing business at the real cricket store and not this store anymore dude needs to be fired

Dylan was so helpful today and answered all my questions. He gave me all the information I could need and he was great!
Every time I go in there always a new face I’m glad there’s someone consistently in this location that can hold conversation I work at the Salvation Army next door and decided to switch my son over to my account because boost wouldn’t give us a good deal on an upgrade and the employee got us the pin we needed to bring our phones over im glad I have a place I can come and get the things I need done with no stress because I didn’t know I needed a pin very smart guy

My name is Kenny I came in on 3-20 to get my phone transfer to Verizon and I had a hard time in so many other locations until I came to this cricket on Delhi to get my information to switch the employee was literally a time and life saver for me he helped me out even tho I wasn’t in the best of moods he got everything I needed done and had a great attitude and positive vibes all around I really recommend people to go to this location I promise this man won’t disappoint and will go above and beyond believe his name is Dillon this my first review hopefully I can get this cricket location it shine it needs
I am writing to report an extremely disturbing incident that occurred at your store on 3-18 at approximately 6:20 PM. Without any provocation, a store clerk directed a racial slur at me, threatened physical violence, and aggressively charged toward me while my back was turned. This behavior was not only deeply offensive and discriminatory but also posed a real danger to my safety.
Such conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the training, supervision, and judgment of your staff. I urge the management to investigate this incident immediately, take appropriate disciplinary action against the employee, and ensure that customers can feel safe in your store.
I also request formal acknowledgment of this complaint and expect to be contacted regarding compensation for the trauma and threat I experienced. It is critical that measures are taken to prevent anything like this from happening again. He has my personal information and i fear he may use that with ill intennt
