I stopped into this store to pick up a quick prepaid SIM card and some extra data while traveling through the area, and the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The storefront was clean, bright, and well-organized with all the latest devices on display, making it easy to see what options they had available. The representative who helped me was very polite and handled the activation process smoothly, getting my phone hooked up to the network in just a few minutes without trying to aggressively upsell me on expensive accessories or insurance plans. My only minor complaint was that the store was a bit understaffed with only one employee working the floor, so a small line started to form behind me, but the staff member did a great job of staying focused and moving the process along as quickly as possible.
I'll never buy another cricket phone again. It's been nothing but a headache. Dude that sold me the phone refused to give me a refund after only having it for an hour. Than he said he emailed me my receipt but he spelled my name wrong in the email so I never got the receipt. The phone is managed under some work account but it's supposed to be brand new and the edge lighting doesn't even work. Im having a hard time trying to get a replacement bc I don't have proof of the purchase since I paid in cash.
This place is a joke. Go somewhere else...

This is the kind of store that you know what qualities the store will have based on price and customers. Every store differs in operation depending on management. You may get a store that cares or one that visibly hates you. I bought things from the guys in there a few times. I know their face is well. Definitely do not expect them to follow policy. The phone I got wasn't what it was supposed to be. They're filled with ads and pop-ups. It's an edge so you cannot use a screen protector that is solid. Customer service hung up on me as soon as they picked up but that is not the stores fault. All around bad idea to buy things here. If you do buy things from cricket, buy them online. Look at actual reviews and do not trust the sales people

I tried to share on the site however couldn't find a way to, Anyway on Friday I went to add two more lines to my plan. While there I met Tip and Al both of them were the epitome of knowledgeable about the product, personable, and guided us in the correct direction in phone selection. The biggest upside was me and my daughter were all done with in 30 minutes of arrival. The two of them are a great asset to Cricket
