  Dear @cricket wireless, u gave a fake, likely automated response claiming your sorry an bout to forward the information but I already talked to the owner of the store, had the employee who barley could understand what I’m saying an I barley understand what he’s tryna communicate call him, an he personally told me he could care less if I write a bad review, that he is directed to train his employees to not care about people who already spent money an only help people looking to pay bills or sell phones, an even when I’ve paid 500$ for a phone an I’m coming in their for assistance cause I couldn’t figure it out in my own that they ain’t supposed to help me an yes they are trained to hand me a packet an send me packing, besides tryna charge a loyal customer who paid insurance every month for three years 250$ for a old version of a phone metro pcs is Willing to offer me the new version of for only 100$, let alone t-mobile selling me the iPhone 16e for basically 100$, an no this is no paid promotion cricket just ain’t 💩.
