  Twice I have been here to get a meatball sub, both times they were out of meatballs. First time was Monday so it was the sub of the day so I understood . Now a week later on a Friday again they are out.

  I called to report a mistake. The girl on the phone was rude. Acted like I was lying then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get my sandwich replaced unless I came in today I work so that is impossible. Put me on the phone with somebody else when she laid the phone down, I heard her talking negatively about me than the manager or whoever the second person was that answered the phone was extremely rude as well, so I will never shut this store again. I Work with customers every day never would I treat one like they treated me.

  The Subway on Western Ave in Chillicothe has to be the most underrated Subway around. I knew from the minute I walked in the store and smelled and seen how clean it was that my order was going to be accurate. The two young gentleman working looked very professional and were extremely punctual and friendly. This is probably the best experience I’ve had at a Subway in a long time. That earned future business from me and my family. Kuddos!
