  Placed an online order and while I was waiting for my pick up, I witnessed one of them female workers making sandwiches and then move to the drive thru and handle cash, then go back to making sandwiches, all without changing her gloves. I immediately asked for a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

  I walked in to order a sub, and was told they were closed. I thought, what? She said “we close at 9:00.” Ok, then lock your door and turn off your OPEN sign. I only walked in because no one answered at the drive thru, and I know it was before 9:00 when I pulled up to the speaker. Would it have killed you to take my order? You were actually waiting on a customer when I came in. If it’s really such a big deal that you can’t make a simple sub two minutes after closing, make sure your door is locked and your sign is off.

  This Subway has a drive thru which is awesome for ordering online then driving thru real quick.
