  The Cricket store in Chillicothe Ohio is never open when we go there, says it's open until 7pm and went at 5, and it was closed! Called Waverly and the lady there was awesome! Will be taking our 5 line business there from now on! All our phones are due for upgrades, we will be buying them in Waverly, Ohio!!

  Montana was absolutely great!!! My husband bought the flip phone and she walked us through everything! She truly cared about us as customers and helped us understand. She is the Best! Thank you so much Montana!
