I used the app to place an order to pick up at a later time from this location. I placed the order, paid for it, and received a confirmation. I arrived at pickup time only to find out that not only that the store had been closed for 40 minutes, but also that processed order debited my account. I need an explanation and resolve for this galactic waste of my time as I had to scramble to find an alternative option at the 25th hour.
