  The staff here are some of the nicest and most efficient I’ve met in any retail business. On my last visit, customers were already at the counter, but Sam walked over and took the two boxes I was carrying so I didn’t have to hold them while I waited. That's the reason this is my go-to shipping store.

  The team there, especially Shannon, welcome folks as they come in, quick to help, and clearly explain shipping options. Wait time, if any, is as expected.

  I have never had a good experience at this store. And it is specifically this FarHills location, which I was told is owned by someone else that the surrounding locations. The employees are always rude and argumentative. I have tried to return several TikTok Iteams which require no bag or box. The store has special bags for these returns the keep under the counter that TicTok has provided them. Even after explaining this, showed them my QR code that says this real big, showed them the policy yet I have always had to get the manager involved each time. They have never apologized or even tried to be nice after finding out I was correct, they just glare at me. One lady even said " We don't do anything for free, you should still have to pay" I explained TicTok has already paid for it, why should I also? But she just walked away. I honestly have not had this amoynt of repeatedly poor customer service anywhere else.

  My wife took a return to be shipped back from tictoc witch doesn't require a box they have bags specifically for this the last 2 times she gone there it's been a issue the customer service representatives are extremely rude and argumentative the bags are under the counter she knows this because she returns things all the time some how only the managers know about this idk if it's a lack of training or something but the way they talk to customers is unacceptable...

  I took in a stack of roughly 100 pages and asked for the attendant to make three sets of copies. She began by taking the first page and putting it on the glass. She obviously had never touched a copier in her life. The other person, the manager named Jerida, proceeded to try to supervise her. The end result was 15 minutes of total chaos, where the machine ate several pages, continued to spit out copies and caused a giant mess. At one point, they asked each other in bewilderment why paper wasn’t coming out of the bottom when it was spinning the stack for copies. I asked for someone who knew how to work the machine. Jarida said her job was to put the papers on top and hit go. She knew nothing about how to program the machine or what it meant to sort. She refused to spell her name for me or to give me the name of anyone who possibly could run the copier. I told her I cannot leave documents behind in the machine. She told me to count what I had. I told her it was her job. The two workers in this store are illiterate in basic office needs. That’s harsh, but it’s accurate.
