  Barbie made my visit to ship a time sensitive package a lot less stressful than I expected. She was kind, efficient, and offered a calming presence while she helped me trust my important package to UPS.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I took 3 packages to this UPS August 08 to return. It was close to closing I was able to do one at the self Kiosk as she directed me to try to do all of them there but the other two scans sent me up the to register to get help. I had to email her my codes for the two returns. Just got an email today that my $200 clipper return company Wahl, received the scrub pants that were supposed to be going to Amazon. I call the store for help only to be told to contact the merchant. I had already done this. Without receiving the clippers back they're not refunding my money. She also stated her computer couldn't go back one week and two days to get me the tracking numbers. She also told me she was the manager and there was "nothing they could do.". So now, I'm out $209.99 because of someone else's mistake. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They need to fix this for me.

  I had several boxes of documents to shred. Carrie politely answered my questions on the phone when I called for information and appropriate rates to expect. When I arrived the next day, Carrie helped me by carrying the heavier boxes to the shredding bins. As I had eye surgery two days prior, her willingness to carry those boxes was especially appreciated. Carrie then joined me in putting my documents into the bins which made that task take half the time it would have otherwise. Thank you, Carrie for going "above and beyond" my expectations!

  It’s unfortunate that I have to leave one star but the white lady with braces was talking about me behind my back saying that I was giving her a hard time when I explicitly said I’m not trying to be difficult. I’m just trying to understand. Maybe she just doesn’t like questions, but she didn’t have to talk about it to another customer behind my back. Super unprofessional so I didn’t even end up shipping anything there.

  I’ve always had great experiences at this UPS Store, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter was leaning on the counter. I stopped in to return a larger package that couldn’t reasonably be processed at the self-service kiosk, so I brought it to the counter. She seemed visibly annoyed that I approached instead of using the kiosk and immediately told me that “next time” I could use the kiosk. The interaction felt dismissive from the start. I also had to ask for my receipt before leaving, which made the entire experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. One negative interaction doesn’t erase all of the excellent service I’ve received here over the years, but customer service is what has always set this location apart. I hope this was simply an off day or an employee that may need some additional customer service training because it was a stark contrast to the friendly, helpful experience I usually have at this location.
