  Super rude. They were nice before. Since last few days they had a water leakage in the roof and they are taking that out on customers. Came here to get something scanned and emailed, the guys at front desk didnt even wanna work. He was so happy to push customers out. Very unhelpful 👎

  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. We drove about 30 minutes to drop off three packages. Due to maintenance, I understand there may have been safety restrictions. However, Steven did not even ask what service we needed and simply told us to come back tomorrow without a clear explanation. What was completely unacceptable was the way Steven treated us. He yelled at my son, even though I had already addressed the situation as his parent. He was also rude and verbally disrespectful to me. This is not an appropriate way to treat a child or a customer. I asked to speak with the manager, but the manager was not there. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
