I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. They never received the order but I got charged...no big deal...so I asked for the manager to see if we could make it right. The manager walked out with about 4 other people, not im uniform I might add...Carol (the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional from the get go and refused to provide a refund or make the sub I was charged for. Its been 3 days and I have yet to receive a refund or a call back from any sort of management.

I had 2 hairs in my sub. I’d make sure everyone is wearing proper hair nets when making food.

We ordered 2 subs, 1 steak and 1 chicken......there was so little meat on it that when I got home and opened it my husband asked me what kind they are. I had to open both subs up to see any meat to identify. And they were not good, my husband said to throw it away and make him some scrambled eggs, it would taste better. Very disappointed!
