  Came in about a week or two ago ordered three combos they boxed them all wrong then they gave me a three piece chicken tender and it was supposed to be an eight piece bone in. They told me they were replace it then the next day I call you tell me to come I come and then they tell me that they can’t replace it because they have to wait till the manager that was there comes back on duty at 5 o’clock so they just wasting your time and acting like it’s my fault that you messed up my order I didn’t even ask for everything to be replaced. My fries were cold. They didn’t give me no ranch. I just asked to get my eight piece replaced that they gave me a three-piece tender for and they act like it was just so much work. I work in a fast food spot and the customer is supposed to be right so I guess they rather lose a customer then simply replace the eight piece chicken order.

  I ordered at the most chaotic time possible. 6:30 on a Saturday. So expected a longer wait. Got to sit and watch as the cashier was diligently making and taking orders, Dealing with delivery drivers and customer issues. She was pleasant throughout the chaos. Although obviously flustered. Great job!

  I’m done ordering here. last time I doordashed, I didn’t receive ranch at all now this time when I go and pick up my food, the ranch smells SOUR and it’s thick. absolutely disgusting

  I’m DoorDash and grabbing an order from them and my nine-year-old had to use the bathroom And the ladies telling him he has to buy something in order to use the bathroom. I don’t know where they do that but they need to get that together
