  I had to call 3 times before someone answered and I requested that I wanted bbqinstead of ranch, I cannot digest ranch it gives me indigestion and vomiting issues, and even after the lady said she'd tell the cooks I still received the sauce I didn't want, now im not going to enjoy my meal, don't eat here the one in belden is better

  Ordered the wing deal they have going on, 20 boneless wings. There were 15 in the box. A couple are maybe the size of fifty cent pieces. No wonder it's such a deal.

  This is by far my worst Business, I’ve ever been to and the worst experience of any establishment that I’ve ever been to. I have been here on several occasions and I’m very very very disturbed and Disappointed with the service. To me The owner of this company should be ashamed of Their self and Has terrible business Ethics. Do not bring your family here!! The manager of this establishment told my children they can’t even use the bathroom unless they buy something and their two and five. If you would try to make a three-year-old buy some chicken to use the bathroom you are insane!!! There’s plenty other chicken spots around this one that will allow your children to use the bathroom like the KFC across the street!! Also a DoorDash was there when I was there picking up an order and they also asked to use the restaurant they told them you’re picking up an order not purchasing. The bathroom is for people who are Buying something and it’s a strict policy. This place is pathetic and needs to be shut down!!!!

  Grabbed a 20 piece and could only eat 3 pieces. Chicken was madly overcooked. Fries tasted like cardboard and like they been sitting all day with cheap cheese drizzled on it. Corn was extremely over seasoned and wasn't consumable. Wasted 32 dollars. Will definitely not be returning and will be looking for a refund. Do better

  Came in about a week or two ago ordered three combos they boxed them all wrong then they gave me a three piece chicken tender and it was supposed to be an eight piece bone in. They told me they were replace it then the next day I call you tell me to come I come and then they tell me that they can’t replace it because they have to wait till the manager that was there comes back on duty at 5 o’clock so they just wasting your time and acting like it’s my fault that you messed up my order I didn’t even ask for everything to be replaced. My fries were cold. They didn’t give me no ranch. I just asked to get my eight piece replaced that they gave me a three-piece tender for and they act like it was just so much work. I work in a fast food spot and the customer is supposed to be right so I guess they rather lose a customer then simply replace the eight piece chicken order.
