  Called because my sub had NO lettuce when it said extra, because i ordered on the app they cant help me. it’s just ridiculous. she said i had lots of other veggies but that shouldn’t matter because it’s not what i ordered!! will not be returning.

  Asked for a footlong and got charged for 2 six inches. Got a small refund but was told that the price changes if you get different veggies for each side of the footlong. Never heard of this happening considering they don't charge for veggies unless it's guac or something with an upcharge.

  Horrible service. This was today 5-30-26 at around 12:38pm. I asked about the 3 foot longs for $30, and the sandwich artist is reluctant answer. Mumbles answers and cuts me off. I tell him the breads i want and he slams it down on the counter. I ask for cheese on the side and he says no and then he doesn’t know if “they” would let him do that. Like i havent been to this location and hundreds of other subways to ask for the same thing. I walked out without getting any food. If you dont like your job QUIT.

  Food was ok, staff was not very friendly and seemed rushed even though there were no customers in line other than myself. One additional customer was eating in the lobby on Wednesday at noon.

  Random Thursday, not yet 2pm, and this location that has a drive thru, had only one employee working the counter and the drive thru , the whole show. Felt bad for her, but this review is to educate that it's terribly understaffed.
