  I ordered 2 subs on their app which said it would be ready by 4:55pm. I showed up at 5pm and there was a handwritten sign that said they were closed?? Ive tried contacting customer service and also called the store but I havent heard back from anyone.

  I need to know why Everytime I order delivery you guys refuse to toast my bread. The receipt states I want it toasted but for some reason you think it's not necessary since it's delivery. 🙄 I have 2 reliable vehicles and you are only 2 minutes away. I don't care if I don't feel like driving, next time I'll be bringing the sandwiches back to be remade. We will be wasting product and time that day. 🤷‍♀️

  I haven't been here in a while due to the poor service and rude people behind the counter. Today I decided after work to give it a shot and glad I did. The girl behind the counter was excellent. She asked questions to make sure she did the sandwich correctly. Wore gloves and was very friendly. Best service by far at any subway ever. Thank you wish I caught her name but I didn't but thank you whoever you are.
