  Not sure what that Rochelle lady was talking about in that last review. I’ve been coming to this advance for 6 years now, and I’ve seen that store transform into what it is today. The people in this store are so genuine, and caring. They all work very hard from what I have seen. The new general manager that they have has really transformed that store. I’ve seen him go out of his way just thank someone for coming in his store and is always smiling from ear to ear. It feels like I’m part of the family when I go there. So if anyone reads my review at all, do yourself a favor and ignore that hate, and give these people a chance. Definitely the best parts store in Cadiz and the surrounding area.

  First. I walked in and was awkwardly introduced to a very unprofessional atmosphere. Man behind the counter talking with a man and woman who were sharing their affection by him smacking her hard and loudly on her behind. Then. Treated by the sales associate like I should just excuse it and enjoy the party while sloppily handling my transaction. The whole experience was weird, uncomfortable, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Then upon returning the next day to purchase parts that we ordered, I was certain during the transaction that this man did not like his job and that I was obviously an inconvenience to him and some of the others hanging out and drinking pop and eating. Well. Then. I had to go back one more time to return what we didn’t use. This time I walked in and was greeted and was offered help and my transaction was pleasant and smooth and I was treated and respected like a human being and customer. This woman is professional and courteous and business like. I wasn’t exposed to any ignorance at her station - although, the men in this store were yet about drinking pop, having conversations and just hanging out. She was the only employee getting paid for doing her job. I don’t like going into a parts store very much anyway, but, I can confirm I won’t ever go back into this one.

  Great employee that very knowledgeable and go above and beyond with great costumer service one of the best stores I've been to in a very long time

  Thank you for finding the parts I needed. Brian, Brice, Joe, Rick and the bald guy whose name I cant remember right now are all helpful, knowledgeable and patient. John, his name is John.

  I know nothing about cars or parts needed to fix them, but I stopped in to see why my car was making a weird noise and Brice helped me by going above and beyond with his friendliness and willing to teach me why my car was making the noises and what was needed to fix the issue my car was having. 10/5 stars!
