Chicken in the middle was tender and not spongy, sauce was well mixed and fries were extra well done as requestedβ π₯Ά

I have to say this was clearly one of the best wing stops I have ever been too. The service of the team here was excellent and professional. The team was very efficient and patient with explaining special deals and for suggesting a better combination of food items ,to get more food for a better price ,than just looking at the menu ,it cost a little more ,but was well worth it for the extra items we received. To the store management, you have done a fantastic job of preserving the art treating customers with respect and making the whole experience a fun and enjoyable event . I had kids with me and it's nice to deal with a staff that knows how to accommodate tired and hungry kids with a great ,and positive attitude!!!! Thank you for your exceptional service and I definitely will go here whenever I'm in the area !!!

Placed our order and received an email saying it would ready in 8-13 minutes. We finally received our food 40 minutes after the latest estimated pick up time. The manager on duty was clearing order times before the orders were done and was openly admitting to it with customers in the lobby. He was yelling at his employees in the kitchen that if his wait times do not go down he will be fired while throwing things around. Iβve never seen such a dysfunctional kitchen and incapable leadership.
When we finally received our food and got home our order was wrong. We received unseasoned wings, bone-in when we ordered boneless, and we were missing a large ranch, a large fry, and brownies. Called to see if we could get this resolved and was asked to hold. I finally hung up after 15 minutes of holding. We werenβt given a proper receipt to leave a private review with the company directly. So Iβve had to result to airing out my grievances here. I donβt care if anyone from Wingstop sees this, but I hope the public does. Save yourself and just go to the winking lizard if you want wings.
And to be clear we have given Wingstop multiple chances. We do enjoy the food, but every single time our food is late by 30+ minutes and our order has been wrong.
