  Hello! I ran over a screw on the interstate from all the damn construction and I stopped here with an active leak. Lee helped find the plug I needed, and I believe his name was Shep, came out and helped pull the plug out since I couldn’t get it and helped air up my tire while I was helping a screaming 2 year old. He even had hurt his hand and still offered help! I’m so grateful to be back on the road to get home with my car full of kids. Thank you again!

  went into advance auto, Brookville Ohio to get a new rear wiper for my vehicle. Was helped by a gentleman named "shep". He looked up in computer size needed per description of my vehicle, and stated " it said to use a 12" blade but I think that is wrong" he proceed to measure the blade and measured 12". Shep still said " that is wrong, you need the 15"" So I bought was I was told was correct for a god awful price. Went out to put on the said new wiper, and low and behold, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE COMPLETELY. SO back to the store and took in old wiper blade and this gentleman continued to argue with me that the wiper was correct and it was indeed not correct. after some discussion, the correct blade was provided. Never will I go back with out the manager Nick working.
