  Would give you guys a 1 star, but didn't get good from the store. You guys were set up in front of gamestop for their grand re opening and the good was just awful. The "boneless" wings were just frozen small tenders. Wayyyyy overcooked and the garlic parmesan sauce was incredibly oily. Glad tI didn't pay for the food, so I didn't feel bad for trashing it.

  I always order my wings extra crispy, they never listen but they are at least edible usually. I decided to try the new flavor 3 piece deal and was unable to select the extra crispy option so I decided to gamble. Bad idea, the skin was so slimy and undercooked I had to peel it off. They were gross. I reached out to customer service and they blamed me for not ordering them well done when that wasn’t even an option 🤡 Even with a regular cook the wings should be crispy to a certain degree to where the skin isn’t all nasty. Waste of money and terrible customer service go get some wings at Icehouse they are always cooked perfectly and have tons more flavors than a supposed wing place.

  I arrived to receive my 6 wing combo on Tuesday 9/1/2026 once I open the container the wings didn't have no sauce on 2 out of the 6 took it back in there then they drown the wrong sauce on the wings. Wings were so tough I couldn't eat them I definitely expect puddle of hotsauce dripping from the bottom of the bag. I won't be returning i waisted my money

  Hailey was very nice and handled the rush very well, being really kind to the customers and was very good and the food tasted so good!!

  Catherine was great!!! She was very helpful and kind!!! It seemed like she was the manager on duty because she had everyone motivated and working very well! And the food was quick to come out and tasted amazing, I will definitely be going to this Wingstop again!
