  The UPS store rejected my package because it was a tool that was used for firearms It wasn't a firearm It wasn't a serialized part It wasn't a barrel or stock a grip or anything else It was an alignment rod for the bore. It is nothing that can be turned into a firearm It's just a tool and they rejected it. Based on this I will not be using UPS any longer I will be going FedEx all the way.

  “Disappointed with the customer service. The associate was combative and pushy about self-service despite my preference not to use it. There’s no reason to argue with customers over how they choose to be helped. Kindness and professionalism go a long way—this felt unnecessary and uncomfortable April 25, 2026 around 12:55 PM Young African-American young lady. This comment does not reflect on the rest of the employees, I come here often , The employees are very helpful and kind.
