  There were a few concerns with our order. We were sick so we ordered delivery. I called to address these issue with a manager. The owner was there and i spoke to him about my concerns. He was so nice, he decided to personally fix the order and get it sent over to us. 5 stars all the way.

  i don’t like to make bad reviews typically considering maybe sometimes someone has an off day , things just weren’t going right for them but this is just an issue every single time i place a mobile order at this location . i live 5 minutes down the road so i always wait a few extra minutes after the time they give me after placing my order . every single time i have came here after placing a mobile order AND waiting extra time they never have it ready and funny enough they never even have it started until you walk in and tell them u had a mobile order . then have to sit there and wait another 20 minutes . genuinely what is the point of having mobile orders when they’re NEVER started on until the customer walks in . quite ridiculous and sad .

  Never any bread. The employees are great but I think the manager isnt doing their job.

  Walked in to pick up my order one of the employees was leaned over the back of a booth French kissing their girlfriend like making out hardcore while the other two employees played music from their phone and danced and cheered them on when I went to get my fountain drinks from the machine there was a big glob of black mold dripping a slimy clearish liquid into the cup from the ice dispenser brought it to the employees attention and asked for clean cups they apologized and informed me that the only one with a key to clean the machine is the owner and the owner doesn't come in and clean.....

  Passed this Subway on my way into hermitage for a work trip on an empty stomach after driving for like 8 hours, one of my favorite fast food places so i figured i'd stop in and get a 6 inch.. this is what i received. beyond disgusted. i asked to speak to a manager at the staff grew irate with me. 0/10 service, utterly disgusting. do not go to this subway unless you enjoy eating cigarette butts.
