  Came to deliver several packages on a Sunday. They say they are open at 10:00 am. At 10:05 they were not opened. The lights were off and the gate was down. Also, tried calling and no one answered. Not surprised, usually when I come here the customer service is not great.

  One of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. The tall employee with long hair was dismissive, sarcastic, and openly mocked me instead of addressing a simple concern. At one point, he laughed at me rather than attempting to resolve the issue. His behavior came across as discriminatory and was completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. I would not recommend this location.

  The workers are miserable and rude. Especially the manager she is always in a bad mood and really unfriendly. They seem upset that you come in to give them business.

  I made an appointment over a week in advance to have a form notarized. I came in at my appointment time and was turned away “because the staff had never done this before and they weren’t comfortable.” No apology or anything was given to me. Why are they offering appointments online for notary if I am to come in and be turned away? We spent the rest of the afternoon scrambling to find somewhere else who would take us last minute. I will never go to this unprofessional location again.
