Poor management. I always seem to show up during the lunch rushes with only one worker.
Also, they shut down their app orders 10 minutes early. Likely also management decision.

I’d like to recognize Tiffany at Subway for her outstanding service. She was the only employee working during a major rush with seven customers in line and multiple online orders coming in, yet she handled everything with grace, speed, and professionalism. Even under clear stress, she stayed kind, kept a smile on her face, apologized to customers for the wait, and worked hard to get every order done as quickly as possible. She never complained and continued to provide excellent customer service to everyone. Tiffany truly went above and beyond, and her hard work deserves to be recognized.
Three times we have given this a shot. Because it's on our way places. Never again I'll go out if my way for a different location or Jersey Mikes. This time;Stood at counter extra long time waiting to even be assisted while one Employee was on the phone and other was done something in the back, that employee was extra slow at doing anything.
Time was extra long time with one customer in front of me , time before that was out of half the items to make an American Sub and out of lettuce as well. Highly recommend to keep driving, down 25.
Always great sandwiches.

I don't understand why every time I order a sandwich from here, there's excessive amounts of meat, maybe 10 leaves of spinach, and so much PEPPER that I physically can not eat this without it making me nauseous. I already have stomach problems and I order subway because it's meant to be easy on my stomach. This is disgusting, and even if I didn't have my stomach problems, I wouldn't want to eat it. Do better.
