  I feel so bad for the one solo worker who was waiting on nearly 6 people. I had placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready by a certain time, I cant figure out how to contact customer service to get a refund on my sandwich I couldn't even collect because it was behind. I tried to call the store and no answer, I tried calling any number I could get ahold of and nothing. The lobby was a mess with napkins and cookie crumbs all over the floor. Sounds like subway needs to borrow employees to help one solo worker out for the better of a business.

  Did not end up eating here. As someone who works in food service I was utterly repulsed. No hair net no hat, and as soon as the employee put on his gloves he whipped his nose with that glove, we politely left and went down the road to a different location.

  I ordered a flatbread meatball sub, not only was it delicious, the employee serving me was quite considerate. I believe his name was Bill.
