I had a package that was supposed to be delivered May 1, 2026. Instead, the driver apparently marked my order as delivered when they dropped someone else's off at their place instead. Each time I call FedEx "customer support" for the past 5 days, they essentially tell me the same thing. That the package was delivered on May 1st and then when I inform them the situation, they tell me the same thing about there being a support ticket, them updating the support ticket and having to wait until the support team looks into. That is if the male support staff doesn't cut me off, yell at me, tell me to shut up, refuse to answer questions or transfer me to anyone or help me file a complaint over this situation and then just hang up on me knowing there's no recourse and they literally don't have to do their jobs and can say or do whatever they want to you with impunity.
This company has the WORST customer service. Hands down. Hours of my time across now 5 straight days of not being able to get a simply package of card sleeves I needed nearly a week ago on top of finding out I can't even file a claim online thru FedEx's website.
There's literally no way to get a resolution for my problem, nobody can help me, they just have my package and refuse to deliver it and that's apparently not even a crime. When I told the police, they said it's a civil issue. Apparently FedEx refusing to deliver a package of yours that they have isn't a crime. How does that work? I loathe this company. I despise it's customer service staff. I've never been so pissed off in my life.
This locations staff is so great. They seem happy with their jobs and Happy to help.

I'm not sure about their print services but trying to get anything delivered from this location is an absolute nightmare! It's always at least two days after the delivery because "something" happens.

Showed up at 5:30pm(30mins before close) to print and have holes punched in two 10 paper print offs. Was told that the employee helping me shouldn't be in and there was no way it could be done tonight. When I asked when he could have it done he told me he had no idea because he did not know who was working the next day. When I asked for my flashdrive back so I could go somewhere else he got aggressive. Ridiculously rude customer service. Will not be returning as the copy shop and staples are right around the corner.

Far less than helpful. The young lady at the counter was part of the problem rather than part of the solution. They get a 3 only because I ultimately got things shipped. I'll "hold my nose and return" only because there is no other choice in town. Sorry, I dislike writing negative reviews but I saw the woman in front of me getting the same unhappy, customer-no-service.
