  This was my first experience with Best Western and it was wonderful! I have a solid impression of the brand now. Check in was friendly. Room layout was perfect for us with the pull out couch in front of the 2 queens. It felt like a theater when we went to watch a movie. We were able to access our Netflix account, which was nice. I saw a button for YouTube too, but did not click it. My only complaint about the room was the noise from the pull out couch. Every move my son made caused the bed to loudly creak. Breakfast was great. Fresh eggs, sausage, homemade waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, coffee bar, etc. My son loved it.

  This place is extra special. It was incredibly clean and Amanda and the breakfast ladies were wonderful. If you need a place to stay that makes you feel at home, this is it.

  Dated hotel but is very well kept and clean. Comfy bed, clean towels and sheets. No smell! Cudos to the housekeeping staff. ❤️ Patriotic folks with traditional American hospitality. Lots of parking. It was a wonderful stay.

  After accidentally booking a room in Bowling Green, KY, Amanda went above and beyond to help us and showed us genuine hospitality. This was my third stay at the Best Western Falcon Plaza, but not my last. It's the perfect hotel for a stop between Maryland and Iowa (summer roadtrip). The hotel is older but incredibly clean and feels safe. It's people like Amanda that'll keep us coming back.
