  I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this Subway, but it has to be one of the cleanest stores that I’ve ever seen, and the customer service was amazing, even while training a new hire the sandwich artist helped me out with anything I needed, great work!

  The sandwich packaging was terrible. It wasn't even cut in half; when I opened it, half the filling fell out—it was packed as if for a pig, not a human.

  Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered subs on the app for dine in. One was not made right. Politely asked for it to be fixed. Did not think we had to stand over the worker and watch when they have the ticket. Grabbed it, sat back down, still not made right. Politely asked a second time for it to be fixed. Got the sandwich again and it was still wrong. Politely asked for the sandwich to just completely be remade which then resulted in the female worker getting angry and mean with us. She also said that her boss allows her to act like that.

  I ordered 2 subs, the swapped the bread and gave me italian herbs and cheese when I asked for italian plain.
