  Normally I have no issue here but today was my first time interacting with the female employee. She was extremely rude the whole time for no reason. The gentleman greeted me and was very friendly. She was one of the rudest people ive ever met. No reason to treat people that way.

  The reason of why I am leaving this review is because of one the employees that I had an encounter with. I am not going to name her name, however I am going to add that her name tag included that she was the Assistant Manager. She was very ignorant and very arrogant at the same time. I did not appreciate her attitude and tone towards me. Knowing that she is an assistant manager means that she should have the most respect towards customers, but she was the complete opposite. So because of this rude interaction with her I will not be using the FedEx location in the future and I hope that many of you do the same!
