  Great staff! The store manager Anthony Parise and team member Evan assisted my wife when her vehicle broke down in the store parking lot. After exhausting the typical store options of assistance, the only other option was to tow to a service garage. Instead, Anthony and Evan investigated deeper, discovered the root cause, looked up the parts needed, and broke out the tools to perform the repair. We drove away very appreciative of their efforts.

  The Boardman, Ohio Advance Auto Parts store is simply a stupendous place to purchase any auto parts. Their staff is excellent. Plus, you will always receive the very BEST customer service at the Boardman location. The store manager is hyper knowledgeable and all staff members will share the BEST customer service possible.

  Tiffanie was extremely helpful! My car battery died and she first let me use the battery jumper. When that did not work she assisted me with helping find the battery and tools I needed to replace it. She was extremely kind in a very frustrating situation. We will definitely be back
