  Everything is amazing. The workers were so fun and chatty i loved them. Specially Anastasia (i think that was her name) she was a queen. Only waited 5 minutes for my food instead of 30 at other locations. Food was so fresh and warm too. Also when i was leaving every worker said bye and to have a great night! So sweet 🥹

  Great customer service I came in a couple weeks ago the store was clean and the manager walked up with a bright smile and greeted me. I think her name was Karmin and she offered me to do a survey. She was really helpful

  I came in a couple days ago and this girl named Carmen greeted me with a smile she was super sweet she had great customer service and was a huge help, I’m not from here so she was super patient and was a big help when I come back I would love to be fretted by her again!!

  The staff was amazing and the store was super clean! It was such a nice vibe ! I ordered 10 hot honey classic wings and a voodoo fry & everything was perfect ! I always fill out the survey for an extra free fry and get them lemon pepper :)))))))) will be returning!

  This location is TERRIBLE! Absolutely unprofessional, unorganized you name it!! I visited a couple Sunday's ago, absolutely no one was in the restaurant, not one person!! The very rude, bad attitude young person who claims to be a manager, walked up to register, staring down at her iPad and took my order, walked away. I said never mind and left. Called back that next week and talked to GM Porsha, apologized and offered $30 credit. I went in today, soaking wet in pouring rain, made my way to restroom, the SAME rude employee is in the bathroom, screaming with her boyfriend on speaker! Huge water puddle on floor! I walked back to register, another employee had to go get her out of bathroom! She comes up, takes my order texting on her phone whole time!! Then said she doesn't know how to apply credit and I will need to come back! ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RETURN! For any amount of money!! I would highly suggest that little girl find employment elsewhere or go sit on her couch since she clearly does NOT work and has a nasty disposition! My bet is Blue Ash cliental will get fed up with this location and their days are numbered! CLOSE IT DOWN!!!
