  I just had a rather unpleasant experience. About twenty minutes ago I came in to order and an employee in the back was basically throwing a fit that I decided to order chicken, the only food option they really have, assumingly because he had already cleaned, but the establishment was still open for almost an hour and he made my friends and I as customers feel like the biggest nuisances and waste of space that we possibly could. Another employee was there and was visibly uncomfortable, and I really felt for them. I can’t say I want to come back here after the horrible negative atmosphere I had to wait in for fifteen minutes.

  The wings were awful! They were very dry, like they must have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Dry and flavorless. And we are still burping them up this morning. ugh.. The chicken sandwich was a bit better..at least the chicken was edible, but the bun was dried out, again like it had been sitting in a warmer all day. We are very disappointed.

  Stole my money for a recent order. The refused to provide refund despite not being able to make my order. Usually this is my go-to Wing stop but this recent visit will be the last time I come here. I can’t get ahold of a manager or anyone in customer service. They stole my money and could not complete my order. Now I’m out $25.

  My wings are dry usually they be good and have enough sauce 😭😭 these supposed to be atomic and mango habanero😭 if they was ab to be out of sauce or some they coulda jus told mee 😫
