  I use this store for all my Amazon returns, it’s convenient, everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. My one complaint is the WiFi or the lack of WiFi service, it’s very frustrating. If you don’t have everything ready before you arrive you won’t be able to get access to your Amazon account if there is an issue. That happened to me yesterday so I’m going back today. Please have a booster installed!

  Georgia is the one who took care of me. I am a retail sales supervisor myself at a tool store, so if I am taking time to submits a review means I am impressed. Georgia immediately greeted me when I entered the door making sure I was seen, but also let me know she would be right with me. Georgia was taking care of an aged women who was not very kind or respectful. The kind a person who enters a store already on a bad mood and continues to exert that negative energy towards anywhere in their path. Georgia was kind, looked the woman in the eyes, clearly explained an issue regarding a label and how it was corrected for her, speaking loud enough for the woman who seemed hard of hearing to hear. She didn’t let the negative attitude sway her in any way but gave the upmost great customer service from beginning to end. The olde woman left being well-informed and was serviced with a gold star status from my book. Then I was the next customer. Georgia didn’t carry a previous experience and customer’s interactions into another transaction. She greeted me with a smile, let me know what needed done with my package before proceeding and helped me get my package ready so it could be processed. The usual location I go to for UPS is very unremarkable. Unfriendly workers and robotic like. Georgia was refreshing and looks out for her customers. I highly recommend the 441 Bagley Road location and its employee Georgia for great service and recognition.

  Employee I worked with was not kind. She kept yelling at people in line to use kiosk for Amazon returns. I went to pick up a delivery that I received notification for and she said it wasn't there. I had text and email stating it was. She said she didn't have it. I had to go back the following day and she was the same employee there. She said she did have it yesterday but there was a sticker over it and she didn't realize it was mine. Barely an apology. She is unkind and not helpful. I've had much much better service and care at the UPS store in Brooklyn and Lakewood. I won't be back to this one.
