  Warning to anyone Coming to this location, be sure to have screenshots of everything you need, and don’t plan on sending anything while you’re here. This is not a ding on the employees by any means, rather management. If you know that there’s absolutely no cell service for individuals to pull up their receipts on their phones in order to make a return, or prepaid shipment, at the very least you should offer free guest Wi-Fi. After trying for nearly 15 minutes, I had to leave the store because there is no reception and upon getting back to my vehicle there is a UPS store guest Wi-Fi. Why is this password not given out to customers to make their experience easier? I can’t even imagine trying to send a file for print or anything of the sort.

  When I first got there, there was a sign on the door that there would be back in about twenty minutes.From when I arrived. They did get back, and by then there were about eight or nine people in line.Waiting to get in. Lucky for me, I was just doing a drop off that we're all ready for sending.And I did not need a receipt, so i just needed to go up to the counter and drop my stuff off.
