  This place needs 0 stars. We order from here faithfully for the past 3 years 1 to 2X a week. They lost a customer tonight. We always order thru the app & pick up. This is the 3rd time in 2 months the same guy has messed up our order. A brown haired skinny guy always working Wednesday evenings. We have to waste our gas at $5 a gallon & go back to get it remade every time. He doesnt know how to refund online orders & told me its my problem, not his. We will go to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's from here out. This sub im adding photos of has mayo. And if you pay for extra meat you are never given it! Clearly the order on the receipt shows no mayo.

  Levi made our subs and made them extremely awesome. He's super cool and awesome. He should get a huge raise.

  My order came with a side of live cockroach!! YUCK! I opened the bag and it come running out across my couch. Freaked me out and I’m glad I was able to catch it. But omg never will I eat at this subway again 😭😭 stay away unless you like eating bugs..

  I just want to thank the team at the Belpre Subway for their service today. When I entered they were slammed with online orders and a line formed behind me. The team there worked diligently to get all the orders filled and take care of those in line. They remained calm, patient, and gracious. They got all orders done in an impressive time frame and made sure to pay attention to all the customers needs. Great job!
