  My order came with a side of live cockroach!! YUCK! I opened the bag and it come running out across my couch. Freaked me out and I’m glad I was able to catch it. But omg never will I eat at this subway again 😭😭 stay away unless you like eating bugs..

  I just want to thank the team at the Belpre Subway for their service today. When I entered they were slammed with online orders and a line formed behind me. The team there worked diligently to get all the orders filled and take care of those in line. They remained calm, patient, and gracious. They got all orders done in an impressive time frame and made sure to pay attention to all the customers needs. Great job!

  I placed an online order at 6:31 PM and the app told me to arrive at 6:50 PM, so I did. Once I arrived, I had to wait at the counter for 3–5 minutes before even seeing an employee. When they finally started making my subs, the employee did not make the sub at all according to the receipt. When I pointed it out, she said she did make it right, then tried to show me the receipt. I showed her that they had made it wrong. She then went to remake it and was doing it wrong AGAIN!!! At this point I was already frustrated. By the time I finally got the subs, it was already 7:15 PM. I went home and started eating with my family, only to find that one of the subs was still WRONG. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get the subs remade AGAIN!!! The same employee started to make the subs wrong again, which I’m genuinely so confused about since the receipt was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. At that point I had to basically baby the employee and tell her step-by-step how it was supposed to be made because I was not going to drive back to the store again. I was super disappointed in the whole interaction. The icing on the cake was that the ice machine was broken, so there was no ice for my drink. By the time it was all said and done, I wasn’t able to eat my sandwich until 8:00 PM — even though it was ordered at 6:31 PM and supposed to be ready by 6:50 PM.
