  Let’s talk about how amazing, friendly and knowledgeable Heather is. I called this morning because I switched from ATT to cricket yesterday. My husbands line went just fine but mine did not. Can’t tell what to do with the phone unless I came into the store. She was able to correct this in a matter of minutes when I came to the store. She was very nice on the phone not annoyed sounding at all like some sales people. She likes what she does you can tell. I didn’t want to go to a store because of the drive but ended up there anyways. Skip doing it online and go see Heather at this location. Worth it!! Thanks girl!
