  Husband ordered an item and needed a signature, sent overnight. Fine, waited all morning, no knock or door bell rung and no label on the door. Looked up on the app, and item undeliverable as customer not there. Photo of front door but we were in the immediate area of our front door all morning. Waited this morning for an app update with it saying it's still held and no update if it will stay put or go someplace for pickup or to a hold location. Finally called a live person, in another country, who said it was being delivered to a hold location close by. Well, we'll see! This is how the anti capitalism mentality ruins everything! They're getting paid with every shipment and treat it like it's impeding their lives. Avoid FedEx! Can't even put a hold on shipments anymore either if you go out of town! They're doing this on purpose so they don't have to store shipments. It's terrible..

  I just left from this location and this is the first time I ever went inside a fed ex asking for assistance and got straight attitude!!!!!!! I had to leave because she wouldn’t give me a manager either, they need to hire someone way more respectful in the front who actually wants to do their job!!!!! 9/18/26 2:45pm

  It's a very nice fedex agent is very helpful with a problematic shipment. It's nice to see good people going above and beyond!

  My husband has been waiting on his package 📦 of (MEDICATION) for over a week now simply because these people are delivering to the WRONG address, they're sending pictures 📸 of delivery at the wrong address now what part of that is it they don't understand! My husband needs is medication! 💊 And they are very RUDE!!!
