  This carrier is awful. They must rely on shapes and colors on an app, because none of these people can read an address. Not once have they actually delivered to the right place and they haven't responded to my complaints a single time either. They take a photo of a box against a wall and call it "Delivered". Literally going out of their way to make it look like they do their job instead of just doing it. They make USPS look like super heroes

  Lazy driver just walks over peoples lawn. UPS and USPS never do this. Non union work at its finest.

  It like FedEx trains their staff to be lazy intentionally. The driver literally drove past the house, didnt even pull in driveway to deliver, just drove right past our house then our FedEx tracking said "undeliverable, customer not home to sign" WE LITERALLY WERE HOME AND THE CAMERA CAUGHT HIM DRIVING ON PAST OUR HOUSE!! LAZY LAZY LAZY!!
