  This place used to be great, the people seem to be as nice as usual maybe the policies have changed. Tried to charge me $15.00 for a $2.00 box for a return. I had 3 others I would also have to buy a box for. I took me stuff and returned it with fedex not a single issue.

  Notary was super sweet made the process really easy I was able to sign documents for work and email them back with ease No line when we got here and really minimal cost for what I needed done

  The UPS employee in this location printed my label and tried to sell me a shipping box claiming that the box I used was not the right one. I refused to buy their box and told her that I will repackage and bring back my item. She refused to hand me the label and when I returned with my package I was told that I need to pay for another one!!. Not helpful at all. I will try to avoid UPS at this location for my shipping services as much as I can.
