  Horrible experience. The man is rude and told me I wasn’t allowed to choose what went on MY sandwich. He refused! This is mind boggling considering it’s a sub shop that you personally customize to your liking. Subway is a huge franchise and you’re going to tell me you can’t spare 3 tomato slices and some olives? Cmon- I can go to BOTH subway in Kettering and they will let me choose whatever I want on my sub. I will not be back and I felt completely uncomfortable. I promise the 3 tomato slices won’t come out of your paycheck buddy

  These are the rudest people that work here that I have ever met. They get your order wrong and then argue with you that it was wrong. Every other subway, you can get sandwiches with what you want on it they tell you what it’s going to come with and won’t change it. It’s a shame that this one is the closest to my house because I will drive out of my way to go to a different one now. If you do get a sub here, make sure you check it for accuracy before you leave.

  Luna and dipa are the two workers always here together. Always hard working and always nice they even keep the sub crunch in stock just for my lunches best subway outta the 3 near here by far!

  Been going to this subway for awhile,not sure if new owners but the meat seemed less and vegetables less not like it's usually been,maybe a off day but I may try one more time but this time just seemed like bread
