  The woman making the sandwiches touched her glasses multiple times and scrolled on her phone with the same gloves while preparing the sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves and she refused. She said that "you don't know if my phone is clean or not." I said it doesn't matter, because you are touching the sandwich with those same contaminated gloves. She refused to change them and prepare the sandwich properly. She became very rude. She refused to give her name and laughed at me and walked away. Then she went up to another employee and began talking about me and laughing. ****Keep in mind, when I walked up she was making an online order. She’s scrolling the same phone she takes to who knows where with the gloves she makes your sandwiches with. Good luck!

  Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I had to ask the gas station attendant if there was any one working the subway. Turns out the person was in the back watching TikTok’s. Which they continued to watch while they made my food. Terrible attitude.

  I don't know who the lady is working the counter 5/31 at 859pm, but she needs a new job maybe working at a funeral home. I come in and speak. She doesn't speak back. Fine you aren't required to speak because someone speaks to you. I then proceed to tell her how I would like my sandwhich and she doesn't look at me or acknowledge that I said anything. I get the sandwich and needless to say bread was hard and to save my self the headache or getting into an argument I just leave. She needs to be fired. You can pull the camera and see the interaction was nothing but pleasant on ny side.

  Please do not waste your time. I came here to place an order. Despite it being only 11 PM, I was told that they were only accepting orders via DoorDash. However, their own sign explicitly states that they only switch exclusively to DoorDash orders after 12:15 AM. If you are only going to accept DoorDash orders anyway, why do you advertise your business as being open 24 hours?

  I ordered from this location today. The female employee put on her gloves, picked up her phone, and made a call. Then, she continued to prepare my sandwich with those same gloves as if nothing had happened. Considering how many germs phones and the face area carry, such a blatant violation of hygiene rules right in front of the customer is completely unacceptable. It’s a very corporate brand, but the hygiene awareness here is zero.
